Every challenge, decision, prototype, and presentation becomes visible. The pressure reveals what credentials can't: creativity, adaptability, initiative, and execution.
For students, it's a chance to show what they're capable of. For companies, it's a rare opportunity to see innovative ideas and real capability through execution.

Companies bring live issues like broken workflows, weak campaigns, product friction, AI use cases, or UX gaps. Students work on them live — with the decision-maker in the room watching.
Teams build prototypes, campaign directions, product flows, or AI concepts in real time. Everything happens on the floor, fast, visible, and constantly improving.
Teams present their solutions directly to companies. Companies get a raw view of how others see their problems. Students get visibility on how they think, communicate, and solve under pressure.
