Do I need to be a marketing student to join? +
No. This challenge is open to students from any faculty. Coders, designers, AI builders, data analysts, content creators, strategists — all welcome. The best teams will mix different skills.
What methods are allowed? +
Any method that drives real showroom visits through your tracking link is valid. Examples:
- TikTok or Instagram content campaigns
- AI chatbots that qualify and refer leads
- Automated WhatsApp or email funnels
- Gamified referral or reward systems
- Landing pages, SEO, or paid campaigns
- Data-driven targeting and retargeting
How are teams evaluated? +
One metric: qualified showroom visits generated through your team's unique tracking link. Most visits at the end of the 3 months wins. No subjective judging panels.
What if I don't have a team? +
Register solo and we will match you with other participants. Teams are 3 to 5 members. A strong team mixes different skills — content, tech, design, and strategy.
Who can participate? +
Any student currently studying in Malaysia, from any faculty, local or international. No year-level restriction — if you're enrolled and motivated, you can join.
Is this fully remote? +
Yes. The 3-month competition period is fully remote — teams work from anywhere in Malaysia.
Do we need approval before publishing content? +
Yes. All content must be reviewed by your assigned mentor before publishing to ensure it aligns with Chin Hin's brand guidelines.
What prizes can teams win? +
Cash prizes for top 3 teams, a certificate for all participants, and career fast-track opportunities for top performers.
