How To Manage Candidate On Kabel
New to Kabel or need a refresher? Don't worry, we've got you. In this article, we'll tell you exactly how you can manage candidates on Kabel easily.
Once you have created your workspace and created a job post, you will be recommended a list of suitable candidates instantly.
Select or Reject
To show interest in a candidate, click '✓' to accept. The candidate will automatically be sent a WhatsApp message to inform them of your interest in them.
If you aren't interested in a candidate card and would like to review another candidate, click 'x' to reject.
Pending vs Matched vs Unlocked
Pending
The list of candidates in the pending column are candidates that you have clicked '✓' on. Here, you are waiting for them to accept or reject your job card.
Matched
Once the candidate has also clicked '✓' on your job card, they will move to the "Matched" column.
The candidates who clicked '✓' on your job card are those who are also interested in exploring with you.
Unlocked
After you have paid to unlock the chat with the candidate, they will move to the "Unlocked" column.
There will be a chat button where you can click to chat with the candidate where you get to connect with them.
